Biography

My name is Tasha Hardy, and I am ready to support your organization with creating compelling visual stories that get results!

I am an innovative, ambitious, award-winning senior level producer and creative operations specialist with extensive leadership experience in animation, video, film, design and writing. I've worked with huge companies and bootstrapped start-ups to deliver precisely the right narrative to the right audience.

It all starts with narrative connection. I create or enhance an environment that fosters story-driven commercials, branded content, television, films & animation that take the ingredients of emotion, brand management, people and products. The result is content that touches the heart, and communicates to the world.

Why? Because stories are the fabric that helps us stay connected to one another.

At Visually, I built a video department from scratch to become the most profitable department in the organization, working with multinational clients and winning Cannes gold and silver medals for a commercial video. Additionally, I was integral to closing a deal with National Geographic's "The Big Picture," where I was the supervising producer for animation.
